What time can we check in to Gloucester House?
You may arrive early to drop bags and park. Bedrooms are generally available to check-in from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 7.00 pm— A later check in is by prior arrangement only.
What time is check out?
Check out time is by 10.30 am on the day of departure. These times may be varied from time to time at our discretion.
Where can we park?
We do not have our own on-site Guest Car Parking, however, there are many paid for, on-street parking spaces or Pay and Display Car Parks close by.
The charges operate 7 days per week, currently from 08.00 to 18.00

On Arrival
The best thing to do, is to pull in, on the Esplanade, in front of the Historic Royal Hotel and or Gloucester Lodge/Gloucester Pub (a few doors to the left of our property) to unload.
Come and ring our door bell and we can come and assist with bringing your luggage in before you park.

What is your cancellation policy?
If rooms are cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable. Regretfully, cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date are charged at 100% of the total accommodation cost.
Life is full of eventualities, so we strongly advise taking out Travel Insurance to cover any losses you may incur if you have to cancel.
Are you family-friendly?
Here at Gloucester House, we happily accommodate Children, only over the age of 8.
Are you near the beach?
We’re right opposite the famous, Award Winning Weymouth Beach! Less than a minute’s walk and you’ll be there.
Is Gloucester House accessible?
There is no lift at the property. Access to the Guest House is by seven steps from the pavement into the foyer. The less mobile can be accommodated in the two ground floor bedrooms: one being a large King and the other a twin. Access to all other rooms and the Breakfast Room is via stairs.

Our Full AA Award Winning Breakfast is always included when you book directly through our website or give our team a call on 01305 785191.
What time is breakfast?
Our award-winning breakfast is served 8:00am to 9:30am (with some flexibility for earlier starts, by prior arrangement).
Do we accept Pets? We only accept service dogs
