FACEBOOK COMPETITION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.     This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Gloucester House, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.

2.     Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

3.     Entries must be submitted by liking the competition post on the Gloucester House Facebook page. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4.     All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday 12th July 2020.

5.     There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

6.     The winner will be notified via the Gloucester House Facebook page. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7.     The prize as described is available on the date of publication.

8.     One entrant will win a one-night stay for two people at Gloucester House Bed & breakfast. The prize is for two people sharing a standard double or twin room and includes a full Dorset breakfast. Any travel expenses, drinks and other incidental costs other than those stated are not included. The prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Gloucester House.

9.     The winner must take their prize by 30th November 2020.

10.  All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-negotiable and there are no cash alternatives.

11.  The winner may be required to participate in publicity.

12.  Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

13.  Gloucester House are responsible for the promotion, including the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook

15.  Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
